You must be at least 18 years old (or older where your jurisdiction requires) and a legal resident of an eligible jurisdiction. koi is void where prohibited or restricted by law. We may exclude certain regions and may ask you to confirm your age and location. By using koi you confirm you meet these requirements.

koi is an entertainment service, not a real-money gambling operator. The games look and feel like a casino, but they are played for enjoyment only. Outcomes have no real-world value, you are never wagering real money, and nothing you do in a game pays out cash or prizes.

Amber is a virtual, play-for-fun currency. It has no monetary value and exists only inside koi. Amber cannot be cashed out, redeemed, withdrawn, or exchanged for money, prizes, or anything of real-world value, and it cannot be transferred or sold between players.

You can get Amber for free — for example through your welcome gift and the daily free claim — or you can buy more. Buying Amber is simply a license to keep playing; it is not a wager and not gambling.

Purchases of Amber are for the Amber itself — an entertainment product — and are final and non-refundable except where required by law. Because Amber has no cash value and can never be redeemed for money, a purchase is never a deposit, a bet, or an entry into anything that pays out real-world value. Prices and pack sizes may change at any time.

One account per person. Keep your login secure — you’re responsible for activity on your account. Game outcomes are determined server-side. Please don’t exploit bugs, automate play, use multiple accounts, or otherwise manipulate the pond. We may void Amber gained through abuse and suspend or close offending accounts.

Welcome gifts, the daily free claim, and other promotions are offered at our discretion and may be changed, limited, or withdrawn at any time. We may adjust Amber balances to correct errors, technical issues, or abuse.

koi is provided “as is,” without a guarantee of uninterrupted access. Amber has no cash value, so we are not liable for loss of Amber, game progress, or availability, and to the fullest extent permitted by law our liability is limited. Nothing here removes rights you have under the law where you live.
